Brand & Marketing Lead

A fast-growing digital bank in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking an accomplished Brand and Marketing Lead to own and drive its brand, marketing, customer acquisition and communications agenda. As the bank scales nationally, this is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic marketer who can grow the brand, deepen customer engagement and accelerate product adoption

Job Details

• Location: Lagos
• Remuneration: NGN 1,500,000 - 1,800,000 monthly net
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years, with 4+ years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank's brand strategy, positioning and identity across all channels
• Lead customer acquisition and growth marketing across retail, SME and corporate segments
• Drive product marketing, adoption of digital channels, and customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, cross-sell, retention)
• Own digital and performance marketing, including web, social, SEO, paid media, email and automation
• Manage corporate communications, PR, partnerships, sponsorships and market intelligence
• Lead and develop the marketing team, agencies and budgets to deliver measurable ROI

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field; Master's or MBA an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years in Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications or Growth Marketing, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in banking, fintech, financial services or technology
• Proven success in customer acquisition, digital marketing and product growth
• Professional certification (CIM, Google, Meta, HubSpot, marketing analytics) an advantage
