About the Role

Dokitami is seeking a proactive Operations Nurse to coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, client follow-ups and daily operations while maintaining accurate records and an excellent customer experience

Job Details

• Location: Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time
• Job Field: Healthcare / Operations
• Compensation: NGN 350,000 monthly, subject to applicable deductions where required

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, document and process customer orders accurately
• Coordinate dispatch and deliveries, track shipments, resolve delays and update customers
• Follow up with clients on deliveries, programme progress, product usage and support needs
• Document customer feedback, concerns and follow-up actions
• Support clinical follow-ups within authorised nursing scope and escalate medical concerns appropriately
• Coordinate nurse visits, appointments, nurse confirmations and visit reports
• Assist with inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain customer records, operational dashboards and accurate reports
• Investigate operational issues, recommend solutions and coordinate with relevant teams
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, medical, payment and company information
• Ensure timely order processing, effective client follow-ups, inventory accuracy and professional customer service

Requirements

• Recognised nursing qualification and valid professional registration/licence, as applicable
• Experience in nursing, healthcare operations, patient coordination, customer support or a related field
• Strong organisational, administrative, documentation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards and operational systems
• Professional, reliable, proactive and customer-focused approach
