Job Details
- Location: Lagos and Ogun
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: NGN 130,000 - 200,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Set departmental or facility goals and objectives and ensure staff meet them
- Communicate with staff and department heads
- Maintain and organise facility records
- Recruit and train nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop work schedules for nurses
- Ensure the facility complies with current laws and regulations
- Improve the quality and efficiency of patient care
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse healthcare professionals and patients
- Extensive clinical skills relevant to specific units
- Ability to lead and motivate others
