Job Details
- Location: Ikota, VGC, Chevron, Osapa London, Lekki, or Oniru, Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: NGN 215,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Generate leads and convert prospective customers into active clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business development and revenue targets
- Prepare marketing reports and provide updates on campaign performance
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities
- Monitor competitors and recommend strategies to improve the company's market position
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities
- Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Target-driven, organised, proactive, and results-oriented
