Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers or goods to designated locations on time
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including checking oil, tyres, and fuel, and report issues requiring repairs
- Plan efficient routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid traffic
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs
- Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with loading, securing, and unloading goods or luggage
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients
Requirements
- Minimum of a school certificate
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience
- Strong navigation, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy items
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Ability to drive in varying weather and traffic conditions
