Physical Address Verification Officer - Ogun

We are recruiting Physical Address Verification Officers across strategic areas in Ogun State. As a Verification Officer, you will visit assigned locations and physically verify the existence and details of individuals, residences, and businesses, then submit a complete verification report with clear geotagged pictures through a mobile app

Verification assignments are sent to you within your coverage area through the designated platform. The role requires accuracy, integrity, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned addresses and physically conduct verification
• Confirm the existence and location of the person, residence, or business
• Engage residents, neighbours, security personnel, business owners, or other relevant persons professionally
• Ask relevant verification questions and accurately document responses
• Capture clear and appropriate geotagged photographs as required
• Complete and submit verification reports at the point of verification
• Ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete, and supported by evidence
• Complete assigned jobs within the required turnaround time
• Immediately report challenges, access issues, or delays to the coordinator
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and client information
• Follow all stipulated verification guidelines, processes, and quality standards

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must reside within or have good knowledge of the assigned coverage area
• Must have a functional Android smartphone with a good camera and reliable internet connection
• Must be comfortable using mobile applications
• Ability to navigate locations using Google Maps or similar navigation tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and complete simple reports accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet stipulated turnaround times
