Folixx Hospitality, a Lagos premium hospitality and lifestyle group, is seeking a commercially driven professional to build relationships with high-value guests, drive revenue, and increase customer retention and repeat visits

Job Details

• Location: Lekki, Lagos
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: NGN 350,000 - 450,000, plus sales commission and performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value guests
• Drive revenue, upselling, customer retention, and repeat visits
• Follow up with customers and reactivate dormant relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the Concierge, Reservations, PROs, and Sales teams
• Use AI and digital tools to improve customer engagement and sales productivity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development
• Experience in premium hospitality, luxury lifestyle, nightlife, or high-end retail is preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems and AI tools
• Ability to engage high-value clients professionally and discreetly
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends where required
• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
