Requirements

• Highly skilled and comfortable writing in First Person POV, Present Tense (top priority for current projects)
• Applicants with romance books already published on Amazon with solid reader reviews will be given top priority
• Strong history of writing high-quality, engaging romance fiction from scratch
• Highly dependable and able to deliver consistently within agreed deadlines, working at a good pace without sacrificing quality

Compensation

• Rate: 4 per word (amounting to 200,000 for a 50,000-word book)
• Continued work and final payment are strictly based on the quality of the work delivered and adherence to the zero-AI policy
