Job Details

- Compensation: NGN 400,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records, process daily transactions, and prepare financial statements and management reports
- Monitor income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and capital accounts
- Perform bank, customer, loan, and investment reconciliations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and microfinance banking requirements
- Support internal and external audits and prepare regulatory reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis
- Process approved payments, monitor liquidity, and identify financial risks or control gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a bank, microfinance bank, or financial institution
- ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent certification is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, communication, budgeting, and internal control skills
