Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to align financial plans and strategies with organizational objectives
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial performance statements
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial indicators to identify business opportunities and risks
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Drive cost optimization, resource allocation, and financial efficiency across the business
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and accountability
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and periodic performance review processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is an added advantage
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, management accounting, and performance analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
