Inguest Global Partners Limited is seeking a Tele-Collector to support customer acquisition, grow retail banking business, and recover overdue loan payments
Job Details
- Location: Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: NGN 270,000 - 420,000 monthly (negotiable based on prior experience)
- Benefits: Commission, HMO, pension, 13th-month pay, and annual leave allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and grow retail banking volumes through opening different types of accounts
- Contact customers with overdue loan payments via telephone or other electronic channels
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers to resolve delinquent accounts
- Follow up daily on promises to pay (PTP) through calls and emails
- Accurately document collection efforts and customer interactions in collection reports
Requirements
- BSc degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Must have completed NYSC
- Customer-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering valuable products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to develop solutions and recommendations
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering leadership to support platform development
