Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials and services
- Compare prices and assist in selecting suitable suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Verify deliveries against approved orders with relevant personnel
- Assist with price negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and numerical skills
- Honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
