Job Details

• Location: Nationwide, Nigeria (candidates may be assigned to any location)
• Employment Type: Full-time (Graduate Management Trainee)

Key Responsibilities

• Support business growth strategies, revenue generation and market expansion
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads for banking products
• Support customer acquisition, relationship management and customer retention
• Promote banking products, including accounts, loans, digital banking and POS services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor sales targets, analyse performance data and prepare reports
• Collaborate with banking teams and ensure compliance with relevant policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of Second Class Lower or equivalent is preferred
• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited work experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills
• Negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work in any assigned location across Nigeria
