Urban Crescent Furniture Limited is seeking a dependable Procurement Officer to manage purchasing, inventory control, material distribution and logistics operations

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and verify material specifications, quantities, prices and delivery timelines
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Inspect deliveries, maintain inventory records and reconcile physical stock with ERP records
• Ensure authorized material issuance and maintain accurate tracking records
• Coordinate material movement, finished-goods dispatch, transportation and customer deliveries
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary
• Prepare procurement, inventory and logistics reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory management or supply chain operations
• Manufacturing, furniture or construction industry experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, communication and record-keeping skills
• High integrity, accountability, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
