Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process models
• Support Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation
• Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certification are an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, BPMN, user story development, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Draw io

AI and Technology Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI)
• Experience documenting requirements for AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or fraud detection systems
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI use cases
• Understanding of AI model lifecycle, governance, and Responsible AI principles
