Excel and Grace Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Officer for a reputable transportation company to manage passenger bookings, ticket sales, payments, and travel records while ensuring efficient customer service

• Compensation: NGN 200,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Manage passenger bookings, ticket sales, reservations, and cancellations
• Provide accurate information on routes, fares, travel schedules, and departure times
• Issue tickets and receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
• Reconcile payments, track daily sales, and prepare revenue reports
• Handle passenger enquiries, complaints, and booking issues professionally
• Coordinate with terminal and operations teams to ensure timely departures
• Prevent ticketing errors, unauthorised discounts, and revenue leakages

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in ticketing, customer service, cashiering, or transportation operations
• Good numerical, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ticketing or booking software
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bookings, and work flexible shifts when required
