Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion with strong planning and execution
- Monitor project progress and set ambitious but achievable deadlines
- Act as the bridge between teams and department heads
- Resolve obstacles quickly to keep projects moving
- Deliver projects to a high standard of quality
Requirements
- Prior experience in project management, or in customer service with a focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency with modern web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritise multiple tasks
