Key Responsibilities
- Source, post, and optimise job openings on various platforms
- Design and manage application and screening processes
- Work with managers to define role requirements and conduct screening calls
- Present job offers to successful candidates
- Develop and document HR procedures and manage onboarding
- Organise online and offline team events
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
- Experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong organisational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
