YouTube Growth Specialist

We are seeking a creative and experienced YouTube expert to manage, grow, and improve the performance of a YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should understand YouTube beyond uploading videos and have a proven ability to drive measurable growth

Job Details

• Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: NGN 300,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers, views, watch time and engagement
• Research trending topics, generate creative content ideas and plan a consistent publishing schedule
• Create and edit engaging YouTube Shorts and long-form videos
• Optimise video titles, thumbnails, descriptions and SEO to improve reach and visibility
• Manage video production, scheduling and publishing
• Analyse channel performance, track growth and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools
• Good understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, audience retention, and content optimisation
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and content research skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results

Added Advantage

• Experience creating realistic AI-generated videos using Google Flow or similar platforms
• Knowledge of AI video prompting, realistic character generation, scene consistency, and AI voiceovers
