Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the company's client base
- Market security services to corporate organizations, estates, schools, hotels, construction companies, and other prospective clients
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Prepare activity reports and track progress against sales targets
- Represent the company professionally during business engagements
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and networking skills
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Security industry experience in Oyo State is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
