Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to market real estate properties, generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Saturdays as required
• Compensation: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 monthly plus commission
• Experience: 2-4 years
• Job Field: Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct marketing
• Market and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Prepare property presentations and sales proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate client and prospect databases
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities
• Prepare regular sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development
• Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, or nearby areas
