Key Responsibilities
- Create, shoot and edit photos, videos, Reels and promotional content for property sales, rentals and developments
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Develop content calendars, write captions and schedule posts
- Promote properties, site inspections, launches and real estate investment opportunities
- Respond to comments and direct messages, directing enquiries to the sales team
- Develop campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads and support sales
- Monitor trends, audience engagement and competitors to improve content strategy
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure published property information is accurate and approved
- Track performance, enquiries and leads, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong content creation, video editing and social media management skills
