Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Develop programme plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation
- Assist with funding proposals and implementation of work plans
- Monitor programme progress, collect and organise data, and track performance
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, presentations and programme events
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and official correspondence
- Manage communication with team members, partners and stakeholders
- Monitor emails, refer enquiries to appropriate officers and follow up on tasks
- Identify programme risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and financial reporting
- Perform other programme-related duties as assigned
