About this role
Experience
- 2–3 years' proven experience in business development or marketing within a consulting, HR, payroll, financial services, or professional services environment.
- Demonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services.
- Experience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations.
Required Skills
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of payroll and HR outsourcing services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
