Client Acquisition & Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities

• * Identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm's consulting services.
• * Market the firm's payroll outsourcing, HR consulting, recruitment, training, and advisory services.
• * Build and maintain strong relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), corporate organizations, NGOs, and development partners.
• * Conduct regular client visits and presentations to generate new business.
• * Prepare and deliver compelling service proposals and company presentations.
• * Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to increase conversion rates.
• * Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the public and private sectors.
• * Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• * Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and business opportunities.
• * Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• * Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development reports.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• *2–3 years' proven experience in business development or marketing within a consulting, HR, payroll, financial services, or professional services environment.
• * Demonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services.
• * Experience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable.
• * Good knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations.
