Ruebits is a values driven child development initiative committed to nurturing confident, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent children through education, mentorship, and community engagement.
The organization focuses on integrating Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) with character development, helping children grow in self-awareness, empathy, leadership, and responsibility. Through structured learning experiences, mentorship programs, and community initiatives, Ruebits aims to equip children with the foundational skills needed to thrive both personally and socially.
Ruebits operates through three core pillars Education, Entertainment, and Ephphatha delivering programs such as the Ruebits Clubhouse learning sessions, One Child One Bible outreach initiative, mentorship programs, and future community learning libraries designed to expand access to knowledge and positive developmental experiences.
With a growing presence across multiple communities, Ruebits is building a lvolunteer team of experienced professionals who are passionate about contributing their expertise to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact for children.
All roles begin as mission driven volunteer engagements, with opportunities to evolve into long-term strategic leadership positions as the organization expands.

Fine Print
We are primarily looking for people who are already skilled in their area of interest and genuinely passionate about using their gifts to serve children and build meaningful Christ-centered media.
For volunteers skilled in illustration and animation, there will also be special training with an experienced animation professions.
There will also be training in the effective use of AI as an optimization and speed tool helping creatives work more efficiently while still preserving and strengthening their originality, creativity, and storytelling voice.
Please note:
• A laptop/device is important for most roles
• Passion, consistency, creativity, and a willingness to learn matter deeply to us
• Applicants should already have a foundational skill level in the area they are applying for
