About this role
TrueBond Global Investments Limited is seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and experienced professional to join our team as Legal/Company Secretary & Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal and corporate governance support to management.
* Handle statutory filings, corporate records, minutes, resolutions, and regulatory documentation.
* Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
* Liaise with regulators, lawyers, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
* Manage the company’s property portfolio, leases, tenants, renewals, and documentation.
* Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, facility issues, and service providers.
* Monitor rental income, property expenses, documentation, and compliance.
* Support property acquisition, disposal, negotiations, and due diligence.
* Identify and escalate legal, contractual, and property-related risks to management.
Requirements
* LL.B and Call to Bar qualification is required.
* Minimum of 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
* Experience in Company Secretarial practice, Corporate/Commercial Law, and Property Management.
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate, regulatory, contract, and property laws.
* Excellent negotiation, drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
* Ability to work independently and engage effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
* Experience in the financial services, investment, real estate, or corporate sector is an advantage.
