About this role
Trav4College, an educational travel technology platform simplifying university applications and international student recruitment across Africa, is recruiting Entry Level Sales / Customer Service Officers. This is a full-time role across multiple locations in Nigeria focused on student counseling, university coordination, visa guidance, and sales/customer support.
Key Responsibilities-
Student Counseling & Guidance: Counsel prospective students, identify their career goals, skills, and interests, and assist them with overseas higher education placement.

University & Visa Coordination: Liaise between students and partner universities abroad, assisting applicants through the application, admission, and visa processes.

Customer Service & Sales Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person channels, driving lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Marketing & Training: Organize local marketing events/promotions and attend university workshops and partner training sessions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in international student recruitment, educational consulting, or overseas university admissions.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of international education systems, study abroad admissions, and student visa workflows.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; strong time-management and organizational abilities.
