Marketing Executive

SLOT Academy, the dedicated technical training and capacity-building arm of SLOT Systems Limited, is recruiting a full-time Marketing Executive. Located at the regional center in Umuahia, Abia State, this results-oriented commercial role is focused on driving student enrollment, scaling community lead generation, and expanding the brand's training footprints across Abia State.

The Marketing Executive will manage the end-to-end student recruitment lifecycle. Balancing corporate B2B partnerships with field-based community outreach, the role involves building strategic alliances with local institutions, executing targeted digital awareness campaigns, and converting prospects into technical academy graduates.

• Student Recruitment: Design and execute grassroots recruitment initiatives to hit structured monthly academy enrollment benchmarks.

• Strategic B2B Alliances: Build and manage pipelines with regional secondary schools, churches, non-profits, and corporate organizations to secure group training sponsorships.

• Field & Outreach Marketing: Coordinate direct field marketing activations, neighborhood community storms, and informational career open-days across Umuahia.

• Lead Pipeline Conversion: Nurture inbound and outbound student inquiries, managing prospective databases to convert interest into active enrollments.

• Digital Promotion: Leverage localized social media platforms and digital marketing content streams to increase regional brand visibility.

• Performance Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present structured daily and weekly commercial progress reports to the center manager.

• Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience Baseline: 0 to 3 years of commercial experience in marketing, retail sales, business development, or door-to-door customer acquisition. High-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Interpersonal Mechanics: Strong presentation flair, confident public speaking capability, and excellent interpersonal relationship management.

• Geographic Familiarity: Strong physical navigation knowledge of Umuahia urban zones and surrounding Abia State suburban communities is considered a strong advantage.

• Technical Literacy: Basic operational efficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and standard social media networking apps.
