Content Creator

Aceroyal Estates—a fast-growing commercial real estate firm in Lagos specializing in property leasing, asset marketing, and investment acquisitions—is recruiting Content Creators to join its digital marketing and creative team. This role focuses on developing engaging digital media, video storytelling, property walkthrough scripts, social media copy, and promotional content to elevate the company's brand presence and showcase commercial property offerings across Lagos.

• Multimedia Content Creation: Research, write, script, and produce compelling short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Property Showcases & Scripting: Develop engaging narratives, video concepts, and scripts for property tours, client testimonials, and commercial real estate market updates.

• Copywriting & Captioning: Craft persuasive post captions, email newsletters, promotional flyers, and ad copy that drive viewer engagement and generate sales leads.

• Brand Strategy & Collaboration: Work alongside photographers, graphic designers, and sales teams to ensure visual and written content aligns with Aceroyal Estates' marketing strategy.

• Qualifications & Experience: Relevant educational background or training in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, alongside relevant practical experience in content creation or social media production.

• Portfolio Required: A content portfolio or link bank showcasing short-form videos, published articles, scriptwriting, or managed social media channels (experience in real estate or lifestyle content is an advantage).

• Skills & Attributes: Strong on-camera/voiceover capabilities, clear communication, creative writing skills, and familiarity with digital content trends and social media platforms.
