Videographer

Aceroyal Estates—a fast-growing commercial real estate firm in Lagos specializing in property leasing, asset marketing, and investment acquisitions—is recruiting Videographers to join its media production and visual marketing team. This role focuses on filming high-quality property walkthroughs, promotional video tours, client testimonials, and video content for digital platforms to showcase commercial real estate listings across Lagos.

• Video Shooting & Direction: Shoot high-definition video footage of commercial properties, office spaces, land developments, and architectural features across Lagos.

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished promotional videos, short-form Reels/TikToks, long-form YouTube tours, and corporate ads, adding color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and text overlays.

• Property Walkthroughs & Aerial Footage: Plan and execute dynamic walkthroughs and aerial drone shots (where applicable) to highlight property scale and location highlights.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers to produce video content aligned with marketing campaigns.

• Qualifications & Experience: Relevant qualification or practical background in Videography, Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or a related field, along with hands-on video editing experience.

• Portfolio Required: A comprehensive videography reel or portfolio showing property walkthroughs, commercial videography, short-form social videos, or promotional shoots.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with professional camera gear, gimbals, lighting, sound recording, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).

• Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly and demonstrate confidence on camera.
