Job Description

Support site-based HR functions and project coordination for construction and engineering operations near the Dangote Refinery.

Ensure smooth daily personnel administration, site workforce support, and adherence to company policies and safety-focused operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate site-level human resources activities and daily personnel operations.

Support site workforce administration, attendance tracking, and employee relations.

Assist with manpower coordination and site-level HR documentation.
Requirements
