Job Description

• Build and lead the talent, organizational, and performance systems of a high-performance engineering enterprise.

• Establish scalable workforce, recruitment, assessment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and succession systems.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employer branding, and HR governance to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce, talent acquisition, and organizational capability strategies.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project delivery, commercial, operations, and corporate units.

• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for technical, operational, and leadership roles.

• Establish HR governance, compliance frameworks, employment practices, and people operations systems.

• Measure recruitment and workforce performance using data-driven metrics, ATS/HRIS platforms, and talent analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience building or leading talent acquisition or people functions.

• Proven track record in technical recruitment and people operations within engineering, EPC, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, or similar technical environments.

• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and HR governance.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in competency-based assessments, ATS/HRIS platforms, executive search, and workforce analytics.
