Job Description

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to guide strategic management decisions.

• Drive commercial decision-making through data analysis and financial performance tracking across operational units.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial planning, budgeting, and detailed forecasting models.

• Perform variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and prior periods.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and deliver actionable data insights.

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• ICAN or similar recognized professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA).
