Job Description

• Support the day-to-day operations of the HR function while fostering a strong, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

• Work across key people functions, including HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and continuous learning initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver people strategy and organizational development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and handle employee relations across units.

• Coordinate training, learning programs, and professional development initiatives.

• Drive performance management processes and employee engagement programs.

• Oversee recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding workflows.

• Lead special HR projects and organizational culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in human resources functions.

• Strong HR generalist background with hands-on operational experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• CIPM or other relevant professional HR certification.

• Practical ability to collaborate and execute across diverse operational teams.
