Plant HR Business Partner

Dangote Industries Limited is recruiting a Plant HR Business Partner in Lagos. Positioned as a strategic HR leader at the plant level, this role drives end-to-end human resource solutions, workforce optimization, performance management, and industrial relations while maintaining alignment with corporate HR directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Advise plant leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and manpower deployment.

• Industrial Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations, negotiate labor union matters, and ensure strict compliance with statutory labor regulations and HR governance standards.

• Operations & Performance: Drive plant-level performance management, oversee learning and development interventions, and analyze HR metrics to boost productivity.

Requirements

Primary Requirements

• Tenure: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years at the Head of Department level (direct plant or manufacturing operations experience required).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any Social Sciences discipline (an additional qualification in Engineering is an advantage).

• Certifications: Must be a Chartered HR practitioner (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD).
