Head, HAM and Admin

Dangote Industries Limited is recruiting a Head, Human Asset Management (HAM) and Admin for Okpella Cement Limited in Edo State. This executive role provides strategic leadership and oversight across all plant-level HR, employee relations, and administrative operations, including fleet management, protocol, estate maintenance, and shared services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HAM Leadership: Oversee manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations across the plant.

• Plant Administration: Direct plant-wide administrative functions, including fleet management, protocol services, estate management, housekeeping, and shared services.

• Governance & Advisory: Partner with Plant Management and Group HAM to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory labor laws, IMS standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Primary Requirements

• Tenure: Minimum 15 years of progressive HR and Administration experience (preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or heavy building-materials sectors), with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

• Education: First Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Employee Relations, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Certifications: Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
