Carrot-Top Drugs Limited—a pharmaceutical firm incorporated in 1997 specializing in fertility kits, wellness products, and retail/wholesale distribution—is recruiting an Accounts Officer for its office in Ebute Metta, Lagos.
This financial accounting role manages daily book-keeping, inventory/sales reconciliation, accounting software entry, and cash-flow reporting across the firm's pharmaceutical and fertility product lines.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Record-Keeping & Data Entry: Input daily sales, vendor invoices, petty cash disbursements, and bank transactions into accounting software packages.

Account Reconciliation: Conduct daily/weekly bank reconciliations, supplier account statements, and product inventory balance checks across retail and wholesale channels.

Ethics & Internal Controls: Enforce financial transparency, uphold ethical standards in ledger keeping, and verify payment receipts prior to order fulfillment.

Taxation & Statutory Reporting: Support management with statutory tax documentation, payroll processing, and quarterly financial balance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: HND or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting from a recognized institution.

Software Literacy: Hands-on proficiency with modern accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.

Moral & Location Constraints: High moral and ethical standards; must reside on the Lagos Mainland, preferably around Yaba, Ebute Metta, or neighboring axis.
