About this role
McRabbit is seeking an E-Commerce & Admin Coordinator to manage and continuously optimise its online sales channel while coordinating order fulfilment, digital customer service, inventory administration and routine operational records. The role is intended to improve the website as a functioning sales and conversion platform, rather than to merely maintain its content.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or HND in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years' relevant professional experience in e-commerce, digital retail, website management, digital marketing or online sales operations.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience independently managing, editing, and improving a Shopify store is essential.
- Manage and continuously optimise the company's online sales channel.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and digital customer service.
- Handle inventory administration and routine operational records.
- Improve the website as a functioning sales and conversion platform.
