Logistics And Order Fulfillment Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
* Receive, arrange, label, and monitor inventory within the warehouse.
* Process waybills and other dispatch documentation.
* Coordinate closely with dispatch riders to ensure timely order collection and delivery.
* Ensure all orders scheduled for same-day dispatch are processed within the required timeframe.
* Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, order fulfillment, and dispatches.
* Assist with Cash-on-Delivery (COD) verification and reconciliation.
* Track returned, cancelled, failed, and undelivered orders.
* Liaise with the sales/customer service team regarding order status and fulfillment issues.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
* Support smooth day-to-day fulfillment operations, particularly during high-volume periods.



REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight dispatch deadlines
* Basic knowledge of inventory management applications/software.
* Ability to handle COD records and basic reconciliation.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Must be physically and operationally prepared for a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
* Must be willing to work early mornings and/or late evenings when required to support same-day dispatch.
