About this role
Jumia is hiring an IT Support Staff member for its offices and warehouse in Isolo, Lagos to deliver hands-on end-user and network support across Windows systems and business applications
Job Details
- Location: Jumia Offices and Warehouse, Isolo, Lagos
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Employment Type: Contract
- Salary: NGN 95,000 - 120,000 per month
- Benefits: HMO, Pension
- Experience: 1-2 years IT support
Requirements
- OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN)
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
