Key Responsibilities
- Manage merchant and product operations and compliance
- Oversee merchant onboarding and full lifecycle management
- Ensure products and merchants comply with NAFDAC requirements and platform policies
- Build and manage operational data systems and dashboards
- Lead operational data analysis and reporting
- Oversee platform support and infrastructure operations
- Build and manage customer service systems and teams
- Develop operational risk-control and emergency response mechanisms
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in E-Commerce, Information Management, Pharmaceutical Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce platform operations and management
- Minimum 2 years' management experience in system operations, merchant operations or data operations
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria's NAFDAC pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Experience in process building, compliance, risk management and problem-solving
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Excellent team management, cross-functional collaboration and project coordination skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical e-commerce compliance or operations is an advantage
