Sales Representative

The Pistis Firm is seeking a results-driven, proactive Sales Representative on behalf of an established Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. The role is responsible for expanding market coverage across Lagos Island, managing retail and wholesale client relationships, driving order volumes, and consistently achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily sales volume and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets within designated territories.
• Identify new market opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term commercial clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing retail, wholesale, and distributor networks, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand across the FMCG ecosystem.

Requirements:

• OND, HND, or BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in direct sales (prior FMCG industry experience is a major advantage).
• Candidates must reside on or near Lagos Island.
• Excellent negotiation, lead-generation, relationship management, and oral/written communication skills.
