Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent

CodelabProjects is seeking a smart, energetic and trainable Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support customer engagement, lead generation, digital marketing and online brand visibility. The role combines outbound cold calling, customer engagement, social media support and digital marketing execution.

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Create, post and engage with content on company social media pages.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support lead generation and online engagement activities.
• Assist with graphic design and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe tools or similar software.
• Monitor online engagement and support customer experience improvement.
• Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products and digital tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer support teams.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar tools.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
