Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new borrowers through field marketing, referrals, cold calls, and partnerships
- Promote personal loans, SME loans, asset finance, and other lending products
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into loan applications
- Guide customers on required documentation and ensure submissions are complete
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet loan sourcing, conversion, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or lending
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct field sales and meet targets
- Customer-focused and results-driven
