Operations Manager

A growing short-let apartment business in Lekki and Victoria Island, Lagos, is looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across its properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and guest communication
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready before each arrival
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and other service providers when necessary
• Handle and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Conduct regular property checks and report any maintenance or operational issues
• Oversee occasional errands and general upkeep at the owner's residence
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all properties

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in, or have easy access to, Lekki and Victoria Island
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Must be available to work on weekends when required
• Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site visits with remote work for bookings and guest communication
• Previous experience in hospitality, short-let management, property management, or a similar role is an added advantage

Compensation

NGN 150,000 monthly
