Role Summary

The Graduate Trainee supports fleet and delivery operations by monitoring delivery officers, tracking truck movements, and helping resolve operational disruptions across multiple Nigerian locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
• Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
• Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
• Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
• Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
• 0-2 years post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in any of the following locations: Ikeja, Ota, Aba, Enugu (source also lists Owerri, Port Harcourt, Ijebu-Ode, and Benin among posting locations).
• NYSC completion certificate (or exemption) is required.

Locations

Onsite across multiple cities: Aba (Abia), Enugu, Owerri (Imo), Port Harcourt (Rivers), Ijebu-Ode (Ogun), and Benin (Edo). Candidates should be willing to work where assigned.
