About the Role
Lead quality assurance and analytics activities within E-Business Operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, risk management standards, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance metrics and reviews
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management practices
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management
- Coordinate team meetings and training sessions
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Supervise GL reconciliation checks, spot checks, and process audits
- Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal SLA timelines
- Mentor QA team members and support audit reviews
Requirements
- First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- Master's degree and professional certification are added advantages
- Knowledge of E-business operations, core banking systems, and digital banking platforms
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Location
Onsite in Lagos, Nigeria.
