Accountant

The Relevant Woman (TRW)—an organization and network empowering young women through mentorship, leadership growth, and community building—is recruiting an Accountant (Volunteer) across Nigeria. This role manages financial record keeping, budgeting, and financial oversight to support the organization's non-profit initiatives and community empowerment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting records, track organization funds, and prepare financial reports for leadership.

• Budgeting & Planning: Assist with financial planning, expense tracking, and budget allocation for mentorship and community projects.

• Financial Integrity: Maintain transparent financial records and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.

Requirements

• Core Competencies: Relevant education, training, or certification in accounting/finance; demonstrated practical accounting knowledge; minimum age of 20 years.

• Behavioral Attributes: High motivation, practical problem-solving ability, strong willingness to learn, and commitment to women's empowerment initiatives.
