About this role
The Concept Group—a diversified holding company whose subsidiaries include Rosabon Financial Services, Concept Nova, and Percy Aitkins Bureau De Change—is recruiting an Account Executive in Yaba, Lagos. This role manages financial records, supports monthly and annual reporting, monitors budgets, manages cash flow, and ensures statutory compliance across group operations.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Records: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage financial data using accounting software and Excel, and maintain accurate accounting ledgers.

Budgeting & Cash Flow Management: Monitor operational budgets, manage cash flow, and implement cost-reduction initiatives to improve business performance.

Compliance & External Relations: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory standards, and liaise with banks, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements

Core Competencies: Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; strong understanding of financial reporting standards; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Behavioral Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical capabilities, and proactive problem-solving skills.
